Out of Network fees for therapy are as follows:
- Individual Intake Session: $140
- Individual/Family Session (50 minutes): $125
- Group Session: Dependent on client needs
I am happy to provide you with an invoice of services rendered for potential insurance reimbursement if you are planning to file Out of Network. I recommend you contact your insurance company with questions about billing and benefits. If you plan to file for Out of Network reimbursement, payment is due at time of service.
